To keep the music playing, Denny’s has been inviting today’s hottest artists into the kitchen to create their favorite late night meals. The result: Denny’s Rockstar Menu. We recently welcomed Jewel and Los Lonely Boys to show us what they crave after playing a concert, and we're excited to offer you their creations in addition to some fan favorites from past Rockstar chefs - Hoobastank's infamous Hooburrito and Rascal Flatts' Unstoppable Breakfast. LOS LONELY BOYS
Grammy Award-winning rockers Los Lonely Boys took over the Denny's kitchen in their hometown of San Angelo, TX and drew inspiration from their surroundings to create a mouth-watering burger with "Texican" influence! Their official "Texican Burger" is topped with grilled onions, Pepper Jack cheese, jalapenos, tomatoes and tangy barbecue sauce.

JEWEL
Jewel took to the kitchen with Denny's head chef in New York City with a craving for a perfect quesadilla. After trying several recipes, Jewel’s Acoustic Smoked Chicken Quesadilla was perfected with smoked chicken, a blend of cheeses, avocado, spicy mayonnaise and pico de gallo. Served with sour cream and a lime wedge, it's sure to satisfy your late night craving!

HOOBASTANK
“If a slice of BBQ chicken pizza married the perfect burrito…this would be their favorite child.”
Back in 2008, Hoobastank combined two of their favorite foods for their ideal post-concert meal - BBQ chicken pizza and burritos! Starting with crispy chicken strips, they added in pepper jack cheese and onion crispers, all wrapped in a warm tortilla to create their own, custom (and now infamous) "Hooburrito." They went the full mile to throw in a side of tortilla chips, cheese sauce and ranch to complete the plate.

Multi-platinum country rockers Rascal Flatts drew inspiration from their new album,Unstoppable to build arguably the heartiest breakfast around while cooking in our kitchen! Their official "Unstoppable Breakfast" is a biscuit topped with country-fried steak, eggs (guest’s choice), American cheese, country gravy and three strips of bacon, then topped off with a side of hash browns.
