The Morning Light Write In With a Silent Film

The Morning Light stopped back in for another Denny’s Allnighter party in Ft. Lauderdale, FL, and once again decided to video tape some of the good times.  Check out what the guys had to say about the night as well as their own little silent film! 

What’s up everyone. If you missed the Denny’s Allnighter in Ft. Lauderdale, you missed out on a great time and tons of dessert. Our server Jimmy was the man and hooked us up all night. We had a girl drink a cup of ranch dressing in exchange for a free brownie sundae. It was the grossest thing I’ve seen in a while but pretty funny at the same time. Thanks to everyone who came out. We had a great time sitting and talking with everyone.  We have our last Allnighter on October 25th in Allentown so if you can make it please come out. Its always a great time and we might even be the ones cooking your food haha. See you soon.

Four Year Strong Party in Tempe

For their first Denny’s Allnighter after party, Four Year Strong held back nothing!  They even brought one of their favorite games to play with fans in the restaurant following their show in Tempe, AZ.  Check out their explanation as well as a few photos from the night, and check back for a soon-to-come video!

Last night, October 14th, was the first night of our headlining tour the “Reinventing the Real” tour. After the show we threw our first Denny’s Afterparty in Tempe Arizona. We were welcomed with open arms by the entire staff and the store manager Alisha. At first things were pretty tame and they had us separated in another section from our fans so we decided to bring our favorite game into the restaurant to get kids psyched. After a little persuasion of the Denny’s staff we went out to get our Cornhole boards (if you’re not sure what cornhole is check this out (http://www.playcornhole.org/). They cleared an entire section of tables out of the way and the fun began. A lot of the kids there had never seen or heard of Cornhole so they were interested to see what was going on. A crowd formed around the game and everyone seemed to loosen up and start having fun. People were taking shirts off, eating amazing food, signing autographs and of course playing cornhole. Four Year Strong would like to thank the entire Denny’s staff at the Tempe location, especially our waitresses Anna and Nicole and Alisha the store manager, for being so awesome and letting us and our fans have so much fun. Anberlin Filled Up in Spokane

Our friends in Anberlin are busy crossing the country touring with Straylight Run and Scary Kids Scaring Kids, but they made some time to stop and fill up on food at the local Denny’s in Spokane, WA this weekend.  Check out some photos they snapped as well as a little note from Nate himself, and make sure you catch them on tour this fall!

Heavy Mojo Report from North Carolina

To follow up their show in Asheville, NC, Heavy Mojo held an official Denny’s Allnighter afterparty where they signed autographs and filled their stomachs!  Check out their personal run-down of it, and make sure to hit up another of their afterparties this week if you’re in the area!

So after another smashing night opening for Rehab. Your friendly neighborhood Mojo boys was hungry as hostages. My stomach was scratching my back. The people at the Orange Peel had our gear in a hard to get place. So we were stuck! Though we had Dennys staff waiting for us. No way to get there early. So after signing a bunch of eps and collecting emails. The band loaded up the van and headed to Dennys! The staff was nice as pie and were waiting for us. We signed autographs and Kat our waitress (who was new) was wonderful. Dealing with 6 dudes with strange tastes aint easy, ya dig? So to the staff at Denny’s, thanks for making strangers feel like they were home!

Heavy Mojo Stop By For A Bite!

On their way to kick off their tour this week, our friends in Heavy Mojo stopped by the local Denny’s in Augusta, GA to grab a bite to eat.  They wrote in to let us know how it went - check it all out below, and catch them on tour now!

One thing most folks do not know about the road is finding food is hard. Finding food for six different taste buds makes it worse. Burger spots don’t appeal after a day or so. So starting the first of touring everybody was hungry. The new fav spot? Denny’s is that spot. Breakfast 24/7 yippie! Now to some this may sound strange but a Denny’s omelette looks like heaven sometimes. We stopped at a Denny’s outside of Augusta at about 2. Welcoming wait staff and we basically had the spot to ourselves (or least we were so loud we drowned everyone else out, sorry.) when one is stuck in a van for 6 hours a good meal and a smile is what the doctor order. We really gotta thank Denise and company for putting with our antics she deserved more than 12 dollar tip we left.

Anberlin Write In From Dallas!

Denny’s!
as any band knows, there are only 2 places to go after you get off stage - denny’s or denny’s.  since they are up 24 hours a day, much like us, its the perfect place to lay low and grab something to eat at 2am.  and thats exactly what we did.

it was great to hang out with so many fans, it took us awhile to load all our gear up, but people still stuck around to grab some late night breakfast, sign some autographs, and take a few pictures.  i personally had the meat scramble, but it was so much food, i didn’t even get to my pancakes.

my favorite moment was when a guy walked up and didn’t know that anberlin was going to be there at denny’s that night, he was so stoked that we were at his favorite hang out spot, he took some video for his girlfriend, a few autographs and left in a hurry to call his friends and brag.

it was a great night and all of us are looking forward to the next late night hang out at denny’s. i think this time were going to try the plain white t-bone steak or the ice cream treat the taking back ‘sunday’.

The Morning Light Order Moons Over My Hammy

So last night, after the show in Worcester, we all went to Denny’s for our first Denny’s Allnighter after party. It was a great time and thanks to everyone who came to hangout with us! Checkout our buzznet page to watch a bunch of videos we took while we were there. The moons over my hammy was delicious and a favorite by far haha. Thanks to Sheri our waitress who was awesome and took great care of us the entire night. We’ll be doing a few more of these after parties so keep an eye out for the next one and come hang out with us!
